These are questions I get a lot, so please feel free to read or if you have another, please just ask!
What type of clothing can I send?The most common pieces of clothing I receive are babygrows, tops, vests, dresses, jumpers & rompers/dungarees.I cannot use trousers, leggings, knitted items & hard denim.Please note that with premature clothing I can only sew this on as a whole piece due to its size.
How long do I have to send my items?There is no time limit to send me your items!
I understand there may not be enough right now and you may want to send your items after a special occasion! I make a note of all sales & send monthly reminders. Once you send them just let me know!
What happens to the excess material?I ensure i use all of the best bits of the clothing! Logos, pictures, text & patterns.The excess material will not be kept unless you have requested it be sent back to you.Please specifically request this when ordering your product. Any unused full items will be returned to you along with your finished product!
What should I send to you?Please ensure you send me your items along with a piece of paper with your name and address on it! If there is a particular piece of clothing you would like me to use or to centralise, please do specify!
When can I expect my order?I have a turnaround of 8-12 weeks. If there will be a delay I will make sure I let you know as soon as possible.
How do I wash my keepsake?I recommend hand washing in all instances, however you can also wash on a cool handwash setting on your washing machine.
Please wash teddies by hand.
Please do not tumble dry!
